Position Overview: - The Human Resource Personnel is responsible for supporting the organization’s people management functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. - The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, supports employees throughout the employment lifecycle, and contributes to building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare HR letters, contracts, confirmations, warnings, and other employment documents. - Support compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. - Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions. - Support staff training programs, learning initiatives, and capacity-building activities. - Prepare basic HR reports and provide data for management decision-making. - Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and employee experience. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–3 years’ experience in an HR support or generalist role. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Good understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. - Resident in Warri, Delta State and environs.
