## Title: People and Culture Specialist – Compensation & Benefits

Job Summary

Lily Hospitals Limited is recruiting a People and Culture Specialist to oversee salary structures, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and reward strategies. This role ensures competitive compensation practices and maintains internal equity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage compensation frameworks
  • Oversee payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Administer employee benefits including HMO, pensions, and allowances
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Ensure statutory compliance including PAYE, pensions, and other regulatory requirements
  • Prepare compensation reports and recommendations for management

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of Nigerian tax and statutory regulations
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or PHR/i (required or highly preferred)
