Partnerships & Fundraising Manager

About the Role

WAAW Foundation is seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Fundraising Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will drive partnership development and fundraising initiatives to support program delivery and scale impact across countries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Research partners, identify and source partnership opportunities for program delivery and implementation
• Scale up impact across countries through strategic partnerships
• Research funding opportunities at local and international levels
• Prepare, submit, and manage funding opportunities and grant proposals
• Prepare and manage funding reports

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline plus 5 years of experience in communication and partnership development
• Master's degree (preferred)
• Proven ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and donors
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies
• Experience working on local or international donor-funded programs
• Experience with grant writing, budgeting, proposals, or fundraising
• Ability to work with local, regional, and international partners
• Availability to work across various time zones
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Excellent internet connection and working laptop
• Ability to work remotely
