## Title: Partnerships Engagement Lead

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Partnerships Engagement Lead to drive strategic partnership initiatives and manage key business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analysis and prioritize engagement with existing and prospective partners based on company strategic goals and needs
  • Source new partnership opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, emails, and client visits
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in alignment with company contract guidelines and policies
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Develop customized presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of senior management at prospective and existing corporate partners
  • Monitor and assess outcomes of collaborative projects and initiatives, including co-created content, lead sharing, and event partnerships
  • Report on partnership performance results and project outcomes
  • Build and expand strong ongoing relationships with partners to deliver mutual value
  • Monitor website banners and advertising placements, identifying suitable assets to offer partners based on their products and services
