## Title: Partnerships Associate

Role Overview

BROOT Consulting seeks a dedicated Partnerships Associate to support the development and management of strategic partnerships, donor relationships, and fundraising initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, following through on commitments, and converting conversations into tangible outcomes.

You will work closely with senior leaders on high-impact campaigns and long-term engagements, supporting networking, deal execution, and partnership analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support donor, sponsor, and institutional partnership pipelines
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
  • Track leads, pledges, commitments, and conversion status
  • Support deal structuring, proposals, and partnership documentation
  • Prepare briefing notes, pitch materials, and partnership presentations
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Collaborate with communications and delivery teams to ensure alignment

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in networking, relationship management, and deal support
  • Ability to follow through and close loops
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working with data, trackers, and reports
  • Structured thinking and strong attention to detail

Experience & Background

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, consulting, NGOs, CSR, or related fields
  • Experience working with NGOs, fundraising initiatives, or impact-driven organizations (preferred)
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and external partners
