## Title: Partner Development Manager – Lagos

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive business growth and manage key partnerships across the Lagos territory. This position is critical to achieving sales targets and expanding market presence through effective partner management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets and achievement of business objectives and KPIs for the assigned territory
  • Handle key partner and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company trade policies across all partner interactions
  • Track partner performance and conduct monthly reconciliation reviews
  • Execute monthly journey plans for partner visitation and engagement activities
  • Identify and develop new business channels and sales opportunities within the territory
  • Coach and manage partners to achieve agreed targets and grow the sales portfolio
  • Analyze partner performance against agreed KPIs and provide feedback for improvement
  • Organize activities designed to drive customer acquisition and payment collection

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience with field sales and market intelligence
  • Experience selling sticky/fast-moving products
  • Proficiency in local language(s)
