## Title: Partner Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Partner Development Manager to drive business growth and manage key partner relationships in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market opportunities, and ensuring strong partner performance across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets toward achieving business objectives and KPIs for the territory
  • Manage key partner and customer relationships, addressing complaints and concerns
  • Track partner performance and conduct monthly reconciliations
  • Analyze and review partners' performance against agreed KPIs
  • Develop and adhere to monthly partner visitation and engagement plans
  • Identify and open new business channels to increase opportunities
  • Grow sales portfolio within assigned territory by managing partners to achieve targets
  • Organize activities focused on customer acquisition and repayment
  • Ensure compliance with company trade policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in any relevant field
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in sales or partner management
  • Knowledge of field sales and market intelligence
  • Proven sales experience with complex or difficult-to-move products
  • Fluency in local language(s)
