Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paint Production Officer with hands-on experience in producing both decorative and industrial paints. The ideal candidate will possess the technical know-how to accurately match paint colors and manage production operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of both decorative and industrial paints
• Formulate paint mixtures according to company standards and customer requirements
• Ensure accurate color matching and tinting based on specifications
• Operate and maintain paint mixing and production equipment
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Monitor raw material usage and ensure optimal inventory levels

Requirements

• Proven experience in paint production (both decorative and industrial)
• Strong ability to match and formulate paint colors
• Technical knowledge of raw materials and mixing processes
• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Technical certifications or relevant vocational training (advantageous)
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must reside within or around Ayobo, Ipaja, or Oluwaga axis for ease of commute
