About the Role

Alliance Hospital and Services is seeking qualified pediatric nurses to deliver specialized care to infants, children, and adolescents in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Support pediatricians in the management and follow-up of pediatric patients
• Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide health education, counselling, and emotional support to families
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and infection control policies

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Pediatric Nurse (RPN) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a reputable hospital setting
• Demonstrated clinical competence and passion for child health
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

Compensation

N230,000 - N250,000 monthly
