A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. - As a Packaging Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring Our beer is packaged and filled to the highest standards before it reaches the logistics team for distribution. - You will be responsible for maintaining product quality, executing production plans, and ensuring safety compliance with all regulatory and company standards Key Responsibilities: Production & Operations - Execute production plans to meet sales forecasts - Ensure material availability and minimize downtime through preventive maintenance - Oversee Cleaning.In.Place (CIP) and transfer of finished goods to Logistics Product Quality - Ensure all packaged products meet technical and quality standards - Maintain excellent housekeeping and provide feedback on materials and product performance Line Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance and monitor line performance - Ensure machines Operate safely and efficiently Documentation & Reporting - Compile and analyze shift reports - Monitor spare parts and support management decisions with accurate data Safety & Compliance - Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards - Comply with ISO standards (9001. 14001 , 22000. Reporting Line - The packaging operator will report directly to the Packaging Team Leader and work closely with Other - Packaging team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Required Qualifications: - ONO. HND Or BSc Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field. - Minimum Of 3 years experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment. - Strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures accurately. - Experience working in cross-functional teams - Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit - Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours. including weekends and holidays, as may be required.
