## Title: Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. As the Personal Assistant to the GMD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and providing high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the GMD's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile information as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GMD
Requirements
- Qualified female Lawyer with a valid practising certificate
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in a similar role or in a corporate legal environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- IT savvy with strong technical proficiency
