## Title: Operations, Administration & Procurement Manager

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within the Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE). You will oversee critical operational functions including logistics, procurement, and accounting/finance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee activity operations, including logistics, procurement, and accounting/finance
  • Facilitate the use of all store documents (stock cards, store request forms, etc.)
  • Ensure complete records of all stock items concerning daily usage and replenishment are maintained
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner in Abuja/Kaduna offices
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Oversee that the organization's processes remain legally compliant
  • Supervise stock control and inventory management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field such as Purchasing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any social or management science course
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of working experience as an Operations/Admin/Procurement Manager or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Post-graduate Diploma in Procurement Management/Business Administration or related field
  • A second-class upper (2.1) or first-class degree classification
  • Membership with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN) or other procurement professional bodies
