Operations Support – Backend Officer at Hazon Holdings

About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Support – Backend Officer to ensure smooth daily operations of the CiCOServe platform. You will handle backend transaction issues, support reconciliation, maintain accurate records, and liaise with banks, service providers, and internal teams to resolve escalations quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily backend operations for CiCOServe
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions
• Provide backend data support for settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
• Liaise with service providers, banks, and internal teams for issue resolution
• Prepare and review operational performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 2 – 4 years' experience in operations support (fintech, banking, or payments preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
