Operations Specialist

Position Overview: - We’re seeking a detail oriented and analytical Operations Specialist to support operational data management and internal audit functions. - The role involves maintaining accurate operational data, tracking performance metrics, supporting reporting needs, and conducting internal audits tp ensure compliance, process efficiency and risk mitigation. - The ideal candidate is passionate about data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update Excel databases accurately. - Perform data entry, cleaning and reporting. - Track and report operational performance metrics. - Conduct internal audits of operational processes and prepare audit reports with improvement action plans. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field. - 0-2 years of relevant experience - Basic excel and data analysis skills. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical thinking. - High level of integrity and reliability. - Excellent communication, and time management skills.
