## Title: Operations Personnel

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join its operations team. This position is based in Abuloma, Rivers.

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments
Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment
Support production planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
Assist in maintaining compliance with operational policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Conduct routine inspections of the cooling room and production areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standard operating procedures
Prepare operational documentation, reports, and activity summaries as required
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in operations within the FMCG, Agro-Allied, or Processing sector
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must reside around Abuloma or Trans Amadi
