## Title: Operations Personnel
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join its operations team. This position is based in Abuloma, Rivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment
- Support production planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Assist in maintaining compliance with operational policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections of the cooling room and production areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Prepare operational documentation, reports, and activity summaries as required
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in operations within the FMCG, Agro-Allied, or Processing sector
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must reside around Abuloma or Trans Amadi
Compensation
N50,000 - N100,000 per month
