## Title: Operations Personnel

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join its operations team. This position is based in Abuloma, Rivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment
  • Support production planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with operational policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines
  • Conduct routine inspections of the cooling room and production areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Prepare operational documentation, reports, and activity summaries as required
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in operations within the FMCG, Agro-Allied, or Processing sector
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must reside around Abuloma or Trans Amadi

Compensation

N50,000 - N100,000 per month
