Key Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within a bank, MFI, MFB, or cooperative institution
- Proven experience in Internal Control, process monitoring, or compliance functions
- Proficiency in banking software applications (e.g., Core Banking Systems, BankOne, or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reconciliation skills
- Sound understanding of regulatory policies, operational risks, and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to multitask under pressure
