Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The Operations Officer will oversee daily operations at our healthcare facility in Mowe, Ogun State, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and driving continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Identify and implement improvements to operational processes
• Coordinate with staff and departments across the organization
• Manage budgets and conduct cost analysis
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Strong operations management skills with proven ability to streamline processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and improve operational strategies
• Basic understanding of finance for budget management and cost analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations
