Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Deliver superior guest experiences, maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
- Organize and supervise staff shifts, ensuring optimal staffing and smooth handovers.
- Ensure accurate completion and reconciliation of all end-of-day sales reports.
- Monitor and assess staff performance, providing feedback to improve productivity and service standards.
Ensure strict compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations across all areas.
- Control operational costs, minimize waste, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and analyze detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports on revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators.
- Recommend marketing initiatives (e.g., discounts, local outreach, social media campaigns) to expand the customer base.
- Train and develop new and existing employees on customer service, operational protocols, and brand standards.
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to maintain consistent operations.
- Manage thorough onboarding for all new hires, aligned with the onboarding agenda and restaurant culture.
- Create and maintain accurate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Track inventory and stock levels, forecast needs, and oversee ordering to maintain optimal supplies.
- Manage restaurant budgets and apply cost-control measures to meet financial goals.
- Monitor employee compliance with all operational standards and procedures.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on restaurant performance, staffing, inventory, and customer trends
