Operations Officer

Position Overview: - The Operations Officer will be responsible for the daily running of a fresh juice business by ensuring efficient production, smooth customer service, accurate sales tracking, and effective coordination of routine operational activities. - The role focuses on maintaining product quality, operational organization, and customer satisfaction while supporting basic financial record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: - Produce fresh juices while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards. - Handle fruit preparation, packaging, labeling, and product readiness for sale or delivery. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of production and packaging materials. - Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of the workspace. - Manage daily business coordination and ensure smooth workflow. - Attend to customers, process orders, and respond to inquiries professionally. - Assist with product supply and delivery when required. - Maintain accurate daily sales records and transaction documentation. - Support basic account reconciliation and operational reporting. Requirements: - OND qualifications in any related discipline. - Minimum of 1 year experience in food production, retail, or customer service is an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic numerical and record-keeping ability. - Ability to work independently and follow instructions. - Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Proximity to Lekki axis is strongly preferred.
