About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the daily operations of our club. This role requires someone who understands nightlife culture, thrives in social environments, and can manage people and experiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations and service delivery
• Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times
• Manage floor staff and operational teams effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key guests and industry stakeholders
• Support management in driving standards, structure, and growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the nightlife industry
• Naturally polished, well-presented, and confident with a strong personal presence
• Excellent socialising and networking skills
• Well connected within the nightlife and entertainment scene
• Highly customer-centric with strong customer relationship skills
• Proven people management and leadership ability
• Ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure
• Well-spoken, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
• Ability to represent the brand confidently with guests, partners, and high-profile clientele
