Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, manage staff and budgets, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and production
• Drive business growth and expansion by establishing business relationships and building clientele
• Champion compliance with regulations and optimize both assembly and after-sales service processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns
• Manage and develop staff, including training and setting performance goals
• Conduct performance reviews and establish performance metrics for all departments
• Implement best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Implement quality assurance measures and ensure all work meets company and industry standards
• Manage inventory and ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and finished vehicles
• Allocate resources effectively and manage operational costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of industry experience and management
• Proven track record in vehicle assembly, sales, and marketing
• Extensive experience in the auto manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly and after-sales services industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
