Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Westfield Consulting as an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing various business aspects such as resource allocation, production, and quality control to optimize performance. You will play a key role in improving operational systems and processes to support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes to identify and address operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency
• Examine financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform operational strategy and improve profitability
• Manage procurement, inventory levels, and stock control to ensure the consistent availability of materials and resources
• Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure that products or services meet established standards
• Supervise, train, and review the workloads of operations staff to ensure departmental targets are met
• Ensure all operational activities and processes adhere to company policies and legal and safety regulations
• Oversee the implementation and management of operational software and technology to streamline workflows

Requirements

• BSc or HND Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a Digital Press company
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Computer literacy
