## Title: Operations Manager - Laundry Facility
Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for running day-to-day operational activities and delivering an excellent experience while managing workflow and employees at our laundry facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement current systems and technical advancements in laundry operations
- Maintain and oversee upkeep of all laundry equipment
- Coordinate and direct all laundry staff
- Create weekly laundry staff duty rosters
- Oversee procurement and supply of industrial chemicals, products, assets, and machinery
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operations
- Ensure all contractual standards are met
- Train and develop team members in collaboration with the HR department
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and annual laundry budgets
- Maintain records of stock, supplies, inventory, and asset management
- Prepare management reports
- Assign and review work of laundry employees in receiving, washing, and ironing
- Coordinate with Engineering Department on routine equipment maintenance
- Develop new methods for increasing laundry efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance team for outstanding machinery repairs
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and workflow reports
- Submit daily sales reports and conduct month-end analysis
- Oversee supervision of all departments
- Hold weekly meetings with all Heads of Department
- Organize daily staff briefings and work flow schedules
- Contribute to development of processes and procedures
- Conduct market surveys and procurement activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum MSc or BSc in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant operational experience
