## Title: Operations Manager
About the Role
Our client, a women-only members club designed to nurture connection, wellness, and growth, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their founding team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a visionary operator who thrives on building systems, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional experiences for their community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical site, ensuring smooth processes and an exceptional guest experience
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events such as wellness retreats, workshops, and networking experiences
- Ensure all events align with the organization's values of community, exclusivity, and excellence
- Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, and partners
- Oversee event timelines, quality control, and logistics for seamless execution
- Cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment for members and guests
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing organizational values in every interaction
- Support the development of member experience processes and service standards
- Implement operational improvements to drive business growth
- Assist with partnerships and collaborations as they relate to operations
- Provide operational recommendations to support the Founder's broader strategy
- Recruit, lead, and mentor staff and volunteers
- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 5+ years of proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in hospitality, events, or luxury lifestyle environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills
- Experience in planning and delivering events at scale
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Passionate about women's spaces, wellness, and community building
Compensation
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly
