## Title: Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client, a women-only members club designed to nurture connection, wellness, and growth, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their founding team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a visionary operator who thrives on building systems, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional experiences for their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical site, ensuring smooth processes and an exceptional guest experience
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events such as wellness retreats, workshops, and networking experiences
  • Ensure all events align with the organization's values of community, exclusivity, and excellence
  • Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, and partners
  • Oversee event timelines, quality control, and logistics for seamless execution
  • Cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment for members and guests
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing organizational values in every interaction
  • Support the development of member experience processes and service standards
  • Implement operational improvements to drive business growth
  • Assist with partnerships and collaborations as they relate to operations
  • Provide operational recommendations to support the Founder's broader strategy
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor staff and volunteers
  • Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in hospitality, events, or luxury lifestyle environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills
  • Experience in planning and delivering events at scale
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Passionate about women's spaces, wellness, and community building

Compensation

N500,000 - N700,000 monthly
