## Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the organization's daily operations and ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, managing budgets and resources, monitoring performance via KPIs, ensuring legal and safety compliance, leading and mentoring staff, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Maintain the organization's processes in legal compliance
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use insights to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Identify and implement ways to increase the quality of customer service

Qualifications

  • BSc in Management
  • 3–4 years of proven work experience as Operations Manager in a manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
