In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spa, including meeting financial goals, executing strategic plans, overseeing marketing initiatives and staff training, and acting as a liaison to other revenue centers. You will lead and motivate staff to achieve high customer service standards, operational goals, and exceed guest expectations while professionally representing the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards for guests by upholding the company's Vision Statement, Core Values, and Brand Promises
• Ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about services, products, programs, and activities through regularly scheduled staff meetings
• Assess employee progress continuously, train staff with positive reinforcement, apply fair and consistent discipline, participate in annual performance evaluations, and assist in the termination process when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and monitor guest feedback through customer care follow-up and surveys
• Supervise and follow up on guest requests and comments
• Work closely with the Spa Director to execute effective marketing and public relations strategy and business plan in a timely manner
• Ensure fiscal responsibility through efficient staff scheduling and maintain adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Provide necessary financial information to the Accountant and Spa Director for accurate reporting of daily sales and financial performance
• Develop and implement retail strategies to attain financial goals
