Operations Manager at Chisco Group

About the Role

Chisco Group is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a dedicated team in our Gracebill, Eket location.

Location

Gracebill, Eket – Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria

Compensation

₦120,000 – ₦180,000 per month + KPI-based performance bonus (up to ₦180,000 per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage store staff including Cashiers, Stock Clerks, Sales Attendants, and Cleaner/Security personnel
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, sales reporting, and stock management
• Implement and enforce store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely product deliveries
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with Business Development and Social Media teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review
• Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and hygiene

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience (electronics, supermarket, or household retail preferred)
• Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc.
