Operations Manager at Bonzee Consulting

Responsibilities - Coordinate and supervise daily operations across production, processing, and logistics activities. - Ensure all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry regulations. - Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. - Collaborate with Technical, HSE, and Maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant and equipment uptime. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, highlighting key metrics and issues. - Support planning and execution of maintenance shutdowns and production start-ups. - Ensure adequate resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to meet operational targets. - Liaise with regulatory agencies and contractors to ensure smooth field operations.
