Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Amy Consulting as Operations Manager. This key executive role will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with business goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, and finance, while managing relationships with vendors, partners, and clients. You will play a critical role in driving the company's short-term and long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals, identifying short-term performance growth targets and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
• Oversee daily operations across key departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring smooth execution of business activities and optimization of processes
• Create and execute detailed business plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive company growth
• Track and report business performance metrics to the CEO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and key clients to enhance service delivery and support strategic partnerships
• Work closely with department heads to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in the beauty or consumer products industry
• Strong understanding of business functions, including marketing, sales, and finance
• Excellent strategic planning and business development skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
• Strong leadership capabilities
