A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and Nigerian regulations. - The role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and supporting overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards - Monitor operational performance using KPIs and prepare management reports - Supervise, train, and evaluate operational staff and supervisors - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Nigerian labor laws - Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Sales - Manage operational budgets and control costs - Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions - Resolve operational issues and handle escalations promptly - Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field - Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in an operations or management role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and workplace regulations (added advantage) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management tools - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
