Job description
We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all daily security operations across all sites.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor security personnel effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Handle incident reports, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Manage duty rosters, leave schedules, and staff discipline.
- Ensure proper training, retraining, and development of security personnel.
- Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to management.
- Work closely with HR, Training, and Sales teams to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in security operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, and incident management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Military, paramilitary, or law enforcement background is an added advantage.
