Role Description - Coordinate daily operations and team schedules - Improve systems and processes to support business growth - Manage suppliers, inventory, and deliveries - Oversee project timelines and client communications - Scale the business - Track budgets, expenses, and performance reports for smarter decision-making Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field. - Experience in Project Management, Budget Management, and Process Optimization. - Strong Leadership, Team Coordination, Organization and Communication skills. - 3+ years in operations, admin, or project management. - Ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, builders, and tradespeople. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Trello. - Self-driven and detail-oriented.
