Position Overview: - We are seeking a proactive Operations Officer to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes, and support logistics, inventory, fleet, and asset management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operational activities. - Manage shipment handling and ensure compliance with safety protocols. - Oversee inventory control and related purchases. - Coordinate fleet maintenance and asset usage schedules. - Review workflows and implement process improvements. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. - Resolve operational issues and support cross-department coordination. Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar systems is an advantage. - Strong communication skills.
