Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to supervise warehouse operations and lead a team of First Line Supervisors to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities and maintain records and schedules
• Secure warehouse facilities and supervise warehouse staff
• Lead and direct the work of others, including First Line Supervisors
• Select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline workers
• Accomplish warehouse human resource objectives
• Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and reviews
• Resolve problems and identify warehouse system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience
