## Title: Operations & Facility Supervisor – Short-Let Apartments

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our short-let apartment units. This role is execution-focused and requires someone who can follow systems, maintain standards, and represent the brand professionally with guests and partners.

This is a structured, full-time position for someone looking for stability, growth, and long-term responsibility—not a freelance or commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Property Oversight

  • Ensure apartments are guest-ready at all times
  • Supervise cleaning, laundry, and basic maintenance
  • Inspect units before and after guest stays
  • Report damages, shortages, or maintenance issues promptly
  • Coordinate with cleaners and technicians when required

Guest Experience

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure guests comply with house rules
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and reviews

Booking & Communication Support

  • Respond to WhatsApp and social media inquiries promptly
  • Follow approved pricing and booking guidelines
  • Update booking status and maintain basic records
  • Escalate issues that require management approval

Business Development Support

  • Assist with partnership outreach to travel agencies, ride-hailing drivers, and local referral sources
  • Maintain cordial relationships with estate security and gate personnel
  • Note: All partnerships and contacts remain company property

Social Media & Administrative Support

  • Post approved marketing content
  • Assist in running boosted ads using company-approved budgets
  • Maintain response time standards on digital platforms

What This Role Is Not

  • No personal marketing or management of other apartments
  • No private commissions or side deals
  • No price negotiations outside company policy
  • No freelance or independent arrangements
