## Title: Drilling Logistics Lead III
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join ABNL Limited as a Drilling Logistics Lead III. As part of the Projects, Drilling & Exploration Procurement group, you will have overall responsibility for providing logistical and materials management services to support drilling operations.
Main Functions
- Manage day-to-day logistical operations, including implementing logistics strategies, supervising drilling logistics contractor staff, and overseeing material control functions
- Execute inventory management and coordinate material movements to offshore and onshore rig locations
- Work under the day-to-day direction of the Drilling Operations Superintendent in-country and report to the Drilling Superintendent for functional matters
Key Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities, as a Level 3 professional you will:
- Review Drilling Programs for each rig and well to determine and list equipment, tools, and materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions and Equipment Allocations
- Ensure satisfaction of site daily requirements
- Maintain appropriate and safe storage of company-owned drilling equipment and tools
- Ensure timely replenishment of equipment through purchase, fabrication, and repairs by contracted companies
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree plus formal training in mechanical trades
- Experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
- Experience in Operations, preferably in drilling support activities and related materials, equipment, and services
- Proven experience starting up new operations in remote frontier regions
- Experience with material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
Required Skills and Competencies
- Sound ethical practices in supervision of local labor and contract administration
- Proficiency in inventory control and oil field accounting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Extreme flexibility and adaptability to various working conditions and environments
