## Title: Operations & Compliance Officer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations & Compliance Officer to join our team at Gosub Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring staff compliance, verifying customer service transactions, managing records, tracking expenses, preparing work schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor employee resumption and closing times and maintain attendance records
- Track staff lateness and follow up on compliance issues
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Review and manage employee leave requests in line with company policy
- Prepare and share monthly work schedules
- Track company expenses and financial losses
- Handle internal and external communications
- Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when necessary
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good record-keeping and organisational skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Good time-management skills
