About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of activities for our Installer Operations team. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to grow while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate activities such as training sessions, conferences, installer engagement programs, and brand events
• Support the development of the installer membership system through training, incentives, and community engagement
• Assist in delivering training programs for installers, channel partners, and new employees to promote brand, product, service, and sales policies
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through research to provide insights for business growth
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of operational plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in operations, event planning, or a related role
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle operational challenges
• Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
