## Title: Operations and Growth Lead

Role Summary

The Operations and Growth Lead will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the academy while designing and executing marketing strategies that increase enrolment, visibility, and brand credibility. This role is central to the academy's growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily administrative and academic operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
  • Coordinate class schedules, tutors, learning resources, and student records
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new students and tutors
  • Maintain operational systems, processes, and documentation
  • Monitor service quality and handle student and parent inquiries professionally
  • Support management with operational planning and reporting

Marketing & Growth

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrolment
  • Manage the academy's online presence (social media, website content, promotions)
  • Design and execute campaigns, promotions, and referral programs
  • Build partnerships with schools, organisations, and communities
  • Track marketing performance and provide regular reports on enrolment growth
  • Drive brand awareness and position the academy as a trusted language-learning centre

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations, marketing, or education management
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools
