About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our operations team. The Operations Advisor III will serve as an expert resource at the cluster, zone, or global company level, providing specialized knowledge in management systems, global processes, procedures, and technical matters. This role involves coordinating improvement plans and demonstrating strong operations and maintenance expertise with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate development of operations and maintenance design philosophies, including project-specific specifications
- Provide technical expertise and facilitate consistent coordination of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS)/Global Product Integrity Management System (GPIMS), Hydrocarbon Controls Practices (HCP) matters, Unit Internal Assessment (UIA), and audit preparation
- Support risk assessments and incident investigations with technical expertise and coordination
- Provide functional guidance on technical matters and structural improvements/initiatives in operations and/or manufacturing, including coordination of improvement plans
- Coordinate cost management and productivity improvement plans
- Provide technical support and input to training development and delivery
- Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives
- Support Operations Management as requested
- Develop, maintain, and share best practices across the organization
- Guide resources assigned to execute key initiatives and network to develop effective cross-functional relationships
