Operational Manager

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - Oversee daily operations, material flow, and team performance. - Manage training and develompment department, customer service and logistics - Monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Provide reports and implement process improvements. - Understanding of inventory managent, shipping, receiving, and distribution.. Job requirements - Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Economics, or ts equivalent. - Minimum of 3 years experience in operation/ logistics/ dispatch, supply chain, or warehousing, with prior supervisory/leadership experience - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) - Team management, problem-solving, organization, coordination, communication skills, deep knowledge of shipping/inventory processes, regulatory compliance, and teammanagement.
