Operation Supervisor (Cleaning Services)

Position Overview: - The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise cleaners, ensure service quality, and act as the link between clients and the company. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate cleaners at assigned locations - Ensure cleaning tasks are carried out according to company standards - Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline - Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks - Report operational issues, client complaints, and staff performance - Ensure proper use and safekeeping of cleaning equipment and materials - Train cleaners on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices - Submit basic weekly reports to management.
