Operation Officer at Zenith Carex International Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfilment
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods, tracking shipments and updating stakeholders accordingly
• Coordinate dispatch riders and plan their delivery routes
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to optimise operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and operational reports
• Analyse operational performance and suggest improvements for process efficiency and cost reduction
• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and logistics disruptions promptly and effectively
• Support the implementation of logistics systems and digital tools to enhance workflow
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or operations within the supply chain industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid driving license
• Ability to drive a bus
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads
• The ability to ride a bike is an added advantage
