About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee daily property management functions and provide strategic leadership for all business operations. This is a key position responsible for driving growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5–7 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools
