Operation Manager at Caronik Security Solutions Limited

Position Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate security operations activities, ensure the safety and security of premises, and manage our security team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily patrol operations to ensure all areas are secure
• Lead, train, and motivate security personnel to maintain high standards of duty performance
• Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to incidents and escalate issues as necessary
• Maintain detailed reports on patrol activities, incidents, and security breaches
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and emergency procedures
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating security staff
• Utilize CRM software and reporting tools to track patrol activities and incidents

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
• Familiarity with security equipment and surveillance systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Valid security license or certification required (depending on jurisdiction)
