Online Sales Representative at Goldchek Herbals

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on generating sales entirely through online channels, requiring proactive customer engagement, effective communication, and excellent follow-up skills.

The ideal candidate will manage client interactions from inquiry to conversion, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and a smooth online experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across online sales channels (social media, website, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• Make follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing clients
• Convert online inquiries into successful sales through persuasive communication and relationship building
• Handle basic customer complaints and provide timely solutions to maintain client trust
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve customer experience and sales strategies
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / SSCE qualification
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telesales (experience in online sales is an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms
• Proactive, organized, and target-driven mindset
• Must reside within Surulere or nearby areas

Compensation

• ₦60,000 monthly salary
• Attractive commission on sales performance
