Position Overview:
- The Virtual Sales Manager (Office-Based) is responsible for managing and growing sales generated through virtual channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, websites, and online marketplaces.
- The role oversees virtual sales agents, ensures prompt customer engagement, tracks online orders, and drives revenue growth while operating from the company office.
Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Sales Operations:
- Manage all virtual sales activities including phone, WhatsApp, social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Monitor daily online sales transactions and order fulfillment processes.
Team Management & Supervision:
- Supervise virtual sales representatives and customer service agents.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor agent performance, attendance, and productivity.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.
- Ensure professional communication standards across all virtual platforms.
- Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop strategies to increase online and virtual sales volume.
- Collaborate with marketing team on digital promotions and campaigns.
- Identify new online sales opportunities and partnerships.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly virtual sales performance reports.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, response time, order value, and revenue.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Process & System Management:
- Ensure proper use of CRM, sales software, and order-management systems.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Enforce compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
