Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers online and through phone to generate sales leads and build a client base
- Develop thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers
- Present products, answer customer questions, explain technical details, and negotiate prices and terms to secure sales
- Maintain and grow profitable relationships with customers by providing excellent service, handling queries, and following up on leads and inquiries
- Work independently or with a team to meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales goals and drive revenue for the company
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends, online marketing strategies, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, client service, customer service, or sales
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively through various digital platforms
- Outstanding customer service capabilities
- Basic to strong knowledge of computers, software, and related IT terminology
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
