About the Role

We are hiring a creative and digitally savvy Marketing & Online Presence Manager to lead our online visibility and brand growth at Starzij Realtors. You will create engaging real estate content, manage our social media platforms, and drive consistent lead flow for our dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video, photo, and reel content for all social platforms
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts
• Grow brand presence, engagement, and followers across all channels
• Manage the company's Google My Business profile and online reputation
• Design marketing materials including flyers, listing posts, and carousels
• Analyze insights and optimize content strategy for maximum performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and modern content creation tools
• Proven experience creating engaging video content
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current trends
• Creative, organized, proactive, and data-driven mindset
• Portfolio or links to previous work required
