## Title: Offshore Construction Lead

About the Role

Daiik Engineering Ltd is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an Offshore Construction Lead to support the Offshore Construction Manager in achieving project objectives for offshore development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transportation and installation of in-country fabrication scopes (jackets and piles) and out-of-country scopes (topsides and bridges) for development projects within cost and schedule parameters
  • Support load-out of three jacket structures and associated piles from in-country contractors
  • Support load-out of three topsides structures and two bridges from out-of-country contractors
  • Manage transportation and installation design by T&I contractors and oversee fabricator-contractor interfaces
  • Establish a culture of strong leadership emphasizing collaboration, transparent communication, and empowerment of direct reports
  • Manage T&I interfaces with Wells, EPF1, EPF2, HUC, and Pipelay groups
  • Demonstrate visible commitment to HSSE goals, including compliance with Life Saving Rules and Goal Zero targets
  • Undertake or manage structural integrity assessments for topsides and jacket structures
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and project reviews to identify technical risks and propose solutions for jackets, piles, topsides, and bridges
  • Effectively utilize the Management of Change (MOC) process
  • Support lifting, hoisting, and marine utilities systems
  • Ensure seamless handover of platforms and bridges to HUC contractor
  • Deliver risk-mitigation strategies and cost-saving opportunities through rigorous review of inspection and maintenance strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • COREN registration with working knowledge of oil and gas facilities and project engineering systems, tools, and practices
